Standard page – Convert TIFF/JPEG to PCL raster to print as a standalone page with a formfeed.

In-line PCL – a standalone page with no reset or formfeed in order to merge into another print stream.

Macro (full page) – a full page form overlay with a macro id number and no reset or formfeed.

Macro (logo) – a placeable macro that requires you to precede it with the relative or absolute positioning coordinates then call the macro id assigned for signatures, logos, letterhead, etc.

The default is to convert into a macro and include the code to execute the macro so that you can use PCLWorks to view the result. Once you are satisfied with the result, you turn-off “Append Test Page”.
