1) After you have to clean out the temp directories, how long can you run until you have to do that again?
 
2) Usually those tmp_001, etc directories get &quot;left behind&quot; when a process terminates abnormally ( GPF or user kills the process ).
    
Does that happen often? When the process completes normally, the temp subdirectory gets removed.
 
3) Can you give me examples ( or screenshots if possible ) of the poorly explicit popup messages ?
    
Do these cases ever happen when the number of temp subdirectories is not near 100?
 
4) When this occurs again can you run our TechSupport.exe program, create a TSZ file and email it to us at info@pagetech.com?
    
That helps alot to diagnose what&#039;s going on.
