Since you are describing the measurements in mm, you probably have a PCL file that is expecting the printer's front panel defaults to be set to A4 paper size. We default to letter paper size. Change via Convert Prefs. -> Front Panel Settings -> If you want to print on letter head, then that can be done a number of ways. You will need PCLWorks to create a letterhead overlay macro.
