		<description>It&#039;s difficult to say without being able to analyze the PCL.  Since you are describing the measurements in mm, you probably have a PCL file that is expecting the printer&#039;s front panel defaults to be set to A4 paper size.  We default to letter paper size.  Change via Convert Prefs. -&gt; Front Panel Settings -&gt;

If you want to print on letter head, then that can be done a number of ways.  You will need PCLWorks to create a letterhead overlay macro.  Then, you will need to insert the execute the macro in your PCL data file.
